Gwen Crabb, born on 28 June 1999 in Swansea, South Wales, is a dynamic Welsh rugby union player who has become a cornerstone of the national squad. Standing at 170 cm and weighing 77 kg, she plays as a powerful second row for both Wales and Gloucester-Hartpury in the Premier 15s. Originally a talented football goalkeeper, even representing Wales U17, she switched to rugby in her mid-teens, quickly excelling thanks to her athleticism and handling skills.
