Quinn Puketahinga Claude Tupaea, born on 10 May 1999 in Hamilton, New Zealand, is a powerful rugby union centre and wing. Known for his direct running, physical defence and ability to create space in midfield, Tupaea has become an important figure for Waikato, the Gallagher Chiefs and the All Blacks.
He first made his mark with Waikato in 2018 before joining the Chiefs for the 2020 Super Rugby season. His performances earned him international recognition, and he made his All Blacks debut against Tonga in 2021. After recovering from a serious knee injury, he continued to develop as one of New Zealand’s leading midfield players.
